Rockstar Games' successful Red Dead Redemption title has been a talk of the town for the past years since its release. In the same manner, Red Dead Redemption 2 may have the same hype around it, but the uncertainty is still dominant over the reality.

‘Mad Max: The Wasteland’ is a planned post-apocalyptic action film to follow the successful 2015 release by director George Miller. Tom Hardy may return to reprise his role as Max Rockatansky as he has reportedly signed on for three more sequels. However, his co-star Charlize Theron hasn’t heard of a planned follow-up at all.

‘Cabin In The Woods 2’ may not happen as director Drew Goddard revealed that no sequel is currently in the works. He is, however, open to the possibility should the right inspiration hits. The $10 million copyright lawsuit filed against Goddard, writer Josh Whedon, studio Mutant Enemy and Lionsgate has recently been dismissed.

‘Live By Night’ is another feature film by actor-director Ben Affleck. Ahead of principal photography for November, crew members have begun building fake sets of Ybor City in Brunswick, Georgia. Warner Bros. will begin holding casting calls for extras in the locale. The studio has also pushed back the film’s release date.

‘The Entity’ remake will be produced by James Wan and written by brothers Chad and Carey Hayes. It will be re-telling of director Sidney J. Furie’s ‘80s horror film that starred Barbara Hershey in the lead role. There is currently no director attached to the project.

A misleading tweet by Sean Astin about the “Goonies 2” has created quite a stir in the media even after retracting what he tweeted. When asked about what he thinks of the sequel, he says that it will eventually happen and it is just a matter of time.
