Venture capital group Nexus Venture Partners will pour INR30 crore into Pune, India-based cybersecurity company Uniken to fund its expansion into Israel and the US.

GMR Infrastructure Ltd. has began the process for the $300-$350 million initial public offering it is planing for its airport business. It has reportedly tapped Citigroup, JPMorgan, Axis Capital and Infrastructure Development Finance Company to manage the listing.

A Bloomberg report cited officials from India's Finance Ministry who said the government plans to sell some of the stakes it holds in ITC Ltd, Axis Bank and Larsen & Toubro in order to gather funds.
