Battlefield: Hardline is a solid title that Electronic Arts, Visceral Games and Criterion Games has cooked up for action junkies of all types. Numerous updates have gone across the web, and the game, as of the moment, looks good-but that is until the title gets the newest bit of news for it.

According to Yibada, Battlefield 4 has a heap of downloadable contents for the gameers who have passed and are still to come all have their own taste of contribution to the franchise. Community Operations, Operation Outbreak, and Night Operations are all great but now, Electronic Arts is putting a good foot forward with the newest addition, Battlefield: Hardline, which is now made free with a few certain conditions.

Reported by Attack of the Fan Boy, Battlefield: Hardline was originally released last March. Properly enough, the expansion has not even reached a year, and is now already made available for Xbox One users for free. This is under the circumstance that the gamers are members of the Electronics Arts Access Vault, which is a productive offer that enables multiple benefits to interested subscribers. Battlefield: Hardline, however, will not be the only game made free or discounted by this privilege.

As reported by Latin Post, the expansion and other Electronic Arts games can be conveniently availed through a simple membership application that will cost an affordable $4.99 on a monthly basis. As this may sound like a lot, the perks of unlimited access that the users will receive from it will be a much more rewarding outcome than the price itself.

Sony was quoted on its thoughts as to why this came to be. In Sony's statement featured on Game Informer, it said, "We evaluated the EA Access subscription offering and decided that it does not bring the kind of value PlayStation customers have come to expect. PlayStation Plus memberships are up more than 200% since the launch of PlayStation 4 which shows that gamers are looking for memberships that offer a multitude of services, across various devices, for one low price. We don't think asking our fans to pay an additional $5 a month for this EA-specific program represents good value to the PlayStation gamer."

Stay tuned for more updates on Battlefield: Hardline by Electronic Arts, Visceral Games and Criterion Games.
