ABRA Expands Indiana Auto Glass Repair Operations
ABRA is a leading national vehicle repair company. The collision repair heavyweight firm is among the country's fastest growing multi-shop operators. Today it announced the acquisition of Royal Auto Glass in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Terms for the acquisition of Royal Auto Glass by ABRA were undisclosed. Steve Hoyt founded the business and offer more than 20 years of experience in the auto glass industry. Royal Auto Glass established a reputation for the company with local residents and corporate partners.
The President and CEO of ABRA, Duane Rouse spoke of the new glass asset as a vital part of an ambitious growth strategy. The said deal is a critical element to expand the operations of ABRA in the Indiana market.
Steve Hoyt will join ABRA and assume leadership role in the company. He would maintain and manage auto glass operations in the local market. ABRA currently operates 49 independent franchises and 124 company owned locations. This would sum up to 173 centers in seventeen states.
