It sells clothes under numerous brands including BCF, Burlington Coat Factory and Baby Depot. The company filed with the US regulators an initial public offering of common stock. Burlington Holdings planned to raise up to US$175 million.

The net proceeds from the initial public offering will be used to pay the debt of the company according to Burlington.
