Silverback Enterprise Group announced acquisition of Neotix Corp today. Silverback acquired several industry leading enterprise software companies. The company is also a lead provider of business intelligence and data analytics software.

Noetix is widely recognized as a leader in the business intelligence (BI) and data analytics market. There are more than 1,500 companies that use patented Noetix metadata technology. The said technology promotes fast and cost effective access for critical decision making.

According to the chairman and CEO of Silverback, Jack McDonald, the company is excited to welcome Noetix to the firm. He added that the BI market is valued at US$13 billion making the product suite and patented metadata technology of Noetix a powerful platform to address the rapid growth in the market.

The current management of Noetix will continue to lead the firm. Silverback will provide additional investment in the development, marketing, expansion and support of the Noetix products. All other service level agreements for Noetix clients will remain the same.
