Black Friday 2015 Predictions: HDTVs Tops Best Deals; Smartphones Might Not Materialize

Holiday season is fast approaching. Since the month of October has already arrived, numerous stores are now getting ready to get into the Black Friday mode.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and all United States retailers are looking forward to the yearly Black Friday day-after Thanksgiving sales. Some predictions on the forthcoming deals are circulating around the Internet as early as now.

According to Black Friday, the Sears Canada 2015 Black Friday ad has come. On the 8th until the 12th of October, the sale will run through. However, the Black Friday deals in Canada are not the same as the usual American treats. Instead of gadgets and other electronics, the ad features more on things like kitchenware and mattresses.

In order to give people a glimpse of what could be the deals on the most sought after event, Deal News, an online shopping website, has released its forecast about the United States Black Friday deals. As expected, the consumer electronics might again take the lead this year. The predictions are said to be based on an analysis of three years of data.

The best deal to expect this year will be on the 60-inch HDTVs. Deal News suggests that a lot of off-brand sets will be sold at low prices. Laptops are also predicted to be deeply discounted at the Black Friday sale. Retailers could offer $99 laptops this year, same with the deal last year.

Furthermore, discounts on Android, Windows, and Apple tablets are to be expected. The iPad Mini 2 is rumored to be on sale for as low as $199. Streaming televisions are one of the great deals to look forward to this upcoming salen too. Nonetheless, Deal News warns that smartphone sales might not show up this year.
