Artisan Partners launched Artisan Global Small Cap Fund, a new active equity fund on Tuesday. The fund will be managed by the Artisan Partners Global Equity team. The Global Equity portfolio will include Mark L. Yockey, Charles-Henri Hamker, Andrew J Euretig and David Geisler.

Giesler and Hamker were appointed portfolio co-managers of Global Equity and will be driving decision making in the newly activated fund.

Chief Executive Officer for Artisan Partners Eric Colson said that Mark Yockey and his team have proven successful global investors managing Artisan Global Equity, Artisan International and Artisan International Small Cap Funds. He also stated excitement in the launch of this new fund.
