Knoll named as Clarabridge's new general counsel

Clarabridge, a customer service and experience management solutions provider, recently announced Karl Koll as its general counsel. Knoll was previously head of venture capital firm Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice.

Clarabridge claims to provide intelligent Customer Experience Management or CEM solutions to top businesses across the globe.

As the company's new general counsel, Knoll will take over strategic legal deals as Clarabridge expands globally.

Prior to joining Clarabridge, Knoll held the position of Parner at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice and member of the Corporate Group at Cooley LLP. He worked as attorney for Kirkland and Ellis were he worked on complex private equity transactions.

"Karl's stellar experience representing other rapidly growing companies makes him an asset to Clarabridge as we continue on a path of high growth and international expansion," said Clarabridge's Chief Executive Officer Sid Banerjee.

Knoll graduated from Harvard Law School with honors.
