Arsenal Capital purchases ADCO Global
Arsenal Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, announced on Friday that it has closed the deal to buy Aurora Capital Group's portfolio company, ADCO Global. The said transaction is expected to end during the third quarter of this year. ADCO Global is headquartered in Lincolnshire, Illinois. The company is an international provider of sealants, specialty adhesives and tapes.
Products of ADCO Global are used by businesses in the construction, industrial, and transportation sector. They also develop solutions specialized for insulation of glass windows, solar panels, and roofing.
