Arsenal Capital Partners have signed an agreement for the acquisition of ADCO Global Inc, the world's top manufacturer of specialty adhesives, tapes and sealants. ADCO Global is one of the portfolio firms of Aurora Capital Group, which is a private equity firm based out of Los Angeles, CA. 

The said transaction would be subject to conditions on customary closing as well as regulatory approval. The transaction is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2013.

ADCO on the other hand is based out of Lincolnshire, IL. It provides specialized solutions for insulation, adhesives, sealants and coatings for industrial purposes.
