Steve Cadigan was announced as Gild's newest addition to its advisory board. Cadiga was a former Vice President of Talent at LinkedIn and current member of Cadigan Ventures' board. Gild holds investments from several firms such as Globespan Capital Partners and Baseline Ventures. The company is based in San Francisco, California.

Gild is a talent acquisition and tech hiring innovator firm.

Talking about his board admission, Cadigan said: "My focus is on creating winning talent solutions. "I was attracted to Gild because it is a true innovator. Gild's vision to bring meritocracy to hiring aligns perfectly with my own mission."

Cadigan is a talent executive for over 25 years. His most recent work at LinkedIn enabled him to boost the company from a 400-employee firm into a 4000-employee giant institution.
