NVM Private Equity, a British firm, recently gave its support on the management buyout of Cleveland Biotech, a company which provides eco-friendly biological waste management and treatment products. The backing, worth £3 million, is in support if the  £4.4 million buyout .

Management operation and leadership of Cleveland Biotech will change, prompting an organic business model. This also takes advantage of the expected growth potential in prevailing and new markets across the Euro zone.

Cleveland Biotech's flagship product is Nitrifying Bacteria. The said bioproduct is distributed to water treatment facilities. It degrades organic pollutants naturally, including grease, oil, fat, uric acid, limescale, and diesel. The company focuses, however, on FOG (fat, oil, and grease) management.

CBio said that it has reached double the amount of its exports in Europe due to Lithuanian sales orders. The orders were for British patented pro-biotic sanitary products.

Analysts agree that organic and environmentally friendly cleaning agents will wipe out the traditional cleaning product market especially in the Baltic region.
