Yesterday, Dubai-based Meraas Holding and property developer Emaar Properties have announced a joint venture to enhance its master planned mixed used community Dubai Hills Estate. The community is the biggest of its kind real estate in the Middle East region.

In a joint statement, the companies announced that the Dubai Hills Estate will be set on prime land. This will give settlers a premium lifestyle community in over 11 million square meters of land located centrally by the junction of Umm Al Sequim Road and Al Khail Road. The location is 10 minutes away by car from Downtown Dubai.

Still according to the same joint statement, the project will host a series of neighborhoods. The community will be set around in an 18-hole championship golf course and will feature landscape parks and gardens. Winding walkways and extensive open areas for a rejuvenating gateway will also be featured in Dubai Hills Estate.
