As Amada Waller puts it, Suicide Squad is the task force of the most dangerous people on the planet waiting to do some good. However, rumors have surfaced that the villain they are set to face might be somebody inside their group.

Technically, the Suicide Squad is a team of villains, however, they are working and completing missions for the government to save the world and according to a report by The Independent, Cara Delevingne's Enchantress might be the villain.

According to Heroic Hollywood, rumors suggest that Enchantress might be the member and at the same time the villain of the story. The rumor suggests that the Enchantress is looking for her brother in the upcoming film, and will attempt to resurrect him to destroy the world.

This rumor could explain why The Enchantress is nowhere to be found in the Squad's shots together in the trailer first released during the San Diego Comic Con. It would also reportedly explain how she ended up being in a gross-looking water with the pentagram spray-painted on the wall behind her.

According to /Film, in the comics, The Enchantress started as June Moone who comes across a magical being inside a secret chamber. Her encounter with the being later caused her to gain the ability to become Enchantress. However eventually, revelations about it being a completely separate evil followed.

In the comics, it is Deadshot who is in charge of taking her out in the event she gets out of control. However, these rumors have not been confirmed yet, and so must be treated with a grain of salt.

Suicide Squad is directed by David Ayer, starring Jared Leto as Joker, Will Smith as Deadshot, Ben Affleck as Batman, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flagg, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Viola Davis as Amanda Waller, Adewale Akkinuoye-Agbaje as Killer Croc, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jay Hernandez as El Diablo, and Adam Beach as Slipknot. It is set to hit theaters in August 05, 2016.
