The mutants are back and they are set to face the possibly toughest villain yet in X-Men: Apocalypse. New set photo of Angel, Psylocke, and Apocalypse has been recently leaked online while director Bryan Singer teased about Angel being involved in a fight club.

As reported by JoBlo, new set photos of Ben Hardy's Warren Worthington aka Angel and Olivia Munn's Psylocke  along with their stunt doubles were leaked online. The photo shows Munn in her violet and red costume and Hardy in his grey metal suit but without his wings.

According to Screen Rant Hardy will eventually become Archangel with his mechanical wings as teased by director Bryan Singer in his concept art. In the film, Angel will reportedly be transformed by Apocalypse into Archangel similar to the events in the comics.

Aside from that, Screen Crush also reported that Angel could also be involved in a fight club in the upcoming film as suggested by Singer's Instagram post. The photo shows Angel screaming inside a cage in the left monitor, while a person who looks like an announcer is featured in the right monitor. Spectators can also be seen in the background of the photo which Singer captioned, "#eastberlin #1982 #fightclub #angel #xmen #xmenapocalypse".

A sneak peek of Apocalypse with his costume and eyes looking more like his appearance in the comics has been revealed including some of the members of the X-Men in their new black and grey armored field suits doing away from their blue and yellow costume in X-Men: First Class.

Although it has not been confirmed yet, talks about a potential crossover between Fantastic Four and X-Men is reportedly on going as previously revealed by Singer. X-Men: Apocalypse is currently in post-production after filming has wrapped up last week.

X-Men: Apocalypse stars Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Rose Byrne, Evan Peters, and Sophie Turner. It is directed by Bryan Singer from screenplay by Simon Kinberg. It is set to hit theaters on May 27, 2016.
