Edmund and Danny Truell have finalized a growth capital investment in Imagine Publishing to provide funding support for the next phase of the multimedia publisher's expansion worldwide.

Imagine Publishing is based in the UK and has become one of the hottest multimedia content publishers online. Established in May 2005, it now prints out 19 regular magazines, fifty digital apps, more than 250 bookazines, 29 websites and many thousands of articles each month in markets such as knowledge/science, technology, photography and videogaming. It is estimated that an Imagine magazine is purchased every ten seconds. 

The company has alos been recognized with a Media Pioneer award at the Specialist Media Show for the digital strategy, "Content is King", allowing the company's content to be delivered to all major mobile smartphone and tablet devices throughout the world.

The Truell brothers have been long time Imagine Publishing investors since 2005 and with the new infusion it would then have majority shareholdings over the firm. With the capitalization, it is now well positioned to further develop its pioneer approach to content management on a worldwide platform.
