Zayn Malik tweets support for One Direction's new single, One Direction fans rejoice

Zayn Malik finally broke his silence on One Direction's new single entitled "Drag Me Down". Despite the separation of the band and Malik, there doesn't seem no tension between them.

One Direction is finally a foursome since Malik left the group. They just released their latest single "Drag Me Down" on Friday, July 31 and the Directions over the world is gushing about it, including former band member, Zayn Malik, who took to Twitter to show his former band mates' Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson some love and support.

Malik shared a sweet message to his Twitter congratulating his ex- boy group on their new track, putting aside the rumored feud between both parties.The 22- year old stated, "Proud of my boys the new single is sick. Big love. ☺ x."

This isn't the first time that the new solo artist reached out to his former group to greet them on their success. He even connected with One Direction member, Liam Payne on Twitter last week when Payne mentioned him on his Twitter post, saying, "Wowwwww 5 years 5 boys what an amazing journey I couldn't thank you all ever enough and thank you Louis Niall Harry and zayn for everything." Zayne also replied, thanking Payne for recognizing his efforts for the group , MTV UK reports.

While the rest of the boy band members seem so thrilled about the release of their new song, they took to Twitter to spread the good news about their latest single. Harry Styles tweeted, "Hope everyone is liking Drag Me Down so far. Thank you for all the support. All the love." Hollywood Life reveals.

Today everyone must be very busy and focused on their music careers as 1 D continues to make hits while Malik is currently working on his new record deal with RCA. The Directioners must have been very proud of the boys and what they've finally become.
