Since the introduction of the camera phone, people are now taking more pictures with their phones compared to those who are taking images with the real camera. Of all the smartphones available today in the market, not all of them are exceptional when it comes to this department, in exception of Apple, most especially their iPhone 6.

Let's take a step by step look on iPhone 6's camera to determine why the camera of this phone is dubbed as one of the best in the industry today.

A professional photographer took samples of the iPhone 6 camera and compared it with other devices and the results were astonishing. ImprovePhotography said that what makes the iPhone 6 impressive was its improved focus and optic image stabilization. With these improvements, the images came out better and focusing on a subject is so easy. The image stabilization, on the other hand, improves the sharpness of an image, even in low light.

TechRadar also did a similar test to see if Apple truly delivered what it promised with regards to iPhone 6's camera. The tech review website like ImprovePhotography was also impressed with iPhone 6's Focus Pixels feature. TechRadar also mentioned that LG G3 and the Samsung Galaxy S5 could have been much better if they were equipped with the technology.

The tech website also noted the much improved secondary front camera that produced sharper and better images, compared to the first issued iPhones.

When it comes to specs, the iPhone 6, according to Apple's website, is equipped with a larger 1.5 micron pixel and f/2.2 aperture. The iPhone 6 camera is equipped with an option to capture videos at a staggering 1080p HD at 60 fps, 240-fps slo-mo in high definition. The video can also be viewed in a stunning large Retina HD display.

However, some tech experts are somewhat disappointed not to see Apple's light splitter technology that they have recently patented as their own. Nonetheless, the iPhone 6's camera, based on the reviews, is promising enough.
