Resident Evil is back for one more movie, "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" and yes it is said to be the last. On the last movie "Resident Evil: Retribution", Project Alice was up against the Red Queen as she attempted to destroy humanity, but what could possibly happen next?

For starters it has been said that the movie is targeting to be released in September 2016, two years after its original date September 2014. This was due to Milla Jovovich and director Paul W.S. Anderson having their second child. However Milla has confirmed that shooting will start this August and that Cape Town, Africa will be one of the locations on the list.

Milla Jovovich recently stated on her personal webpage she is "prepping herself for another zombie-killing season" and that she was flying out to Africa on July 15, 2015 to start filming. With that being said, filming is well under way, and another great action packed movie will hopefully be ready come September next year.

Though there have been no details regarding the plot of the movie, it has been confirmed  that actor Wentworth Miller who plays the role of Chris Redfield will be back for the last chapter to reprise his role after previously being in 'Resident Evil: Afterlife' in 2010. There has also been talk of other possible actors returning to finish off the Resident Evil series such as Jill Valentine, Rain Ocampo, Claire Redfield, Leon Kennedy and more; however this has yet to be confirmed.

In the next year we will be hearing a lot more on what we can expect from the movie, and will get confirmation on who else may return. In the mean team shooting is currently ongoing in Cape Town, and preparations for the next locations are being made.
