15-Inch MacBook Pro With Retina Display A Good Investment: Reports

Apple has cemented their spot in the laptop arena with their MacBook Air and Pro. The Apple pair has been offered year after year with just simple tweaks on some of the internal components, operating systems, hard drives and Wi-Fi components. One of the reasons why, the Air and Pro has been the front liners of the race is because of its design that was far away of the curve that makes the Air and the Pro still look up to date.

This year, according to CNet, Apple has upgraded the MacBook Pro. The Pro now flaunts a 15 inch Retina Panel display and moved up its processor to Intel's Core i7 chip. The Pro also features Apple's click less touchpad that was first introduced on their 12 inch MacBook, the Force Touch trackpad. The 15 inch MacBook will also flaunt an AMD Radeon R9 M370X GPU for a more defined and sophisticated graphics. With this upgrades, the MacBook 15 MacBook Pro becomes Apple's biggest and most powerful laptop.

As Laptopmag said, the Pro is still thin at 14.13 x 9.73 x 0.71 inches and light at 4.49 pounds, which the powerful gadget very handy for its users. The 15-inch screen is also equipped with 2880x1880 resolution that make every image crisp and colorful, the resolution also makes text look handwritten. The MacBook Pro is also equipped with Apple's state of the art speakers, which makes every sound crisp, clear and loud enough to fill a small room.

To add, the MacBook Pro outperforms its competitors and predecessors, performance wise. The newest Pro also sped things up considerably and boost its performance by 22 times, or twice as fast, compared to its older brothers, TechCrunch claimed.

On CNet's website, the MacBook Pro is priced at $1,999 for the base model and $2,499 for the upgraded test unit, which is equipped with a bigger 512GB hard drive and the AMD graphics.

The tech review authority also pointed out that the MacBook Pro is a good investment compared to other products and especially with Apple's 13 inch Pro, which is at $1,299 apiece.
