Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 Specs, Release: Super AMOLED Display, Exynos 5433 Built-in 2 Sizes

On July 20, 2015, consumer electronics manufacturer giant Samsung officially launched the Galaxy Tab S2, that features a Super AMOLED display that is perfect for reading and viewing virtually all types of digital contents available today. With this technology, Samsung has again, gained a step higher than their competitors.

Samsung mobile press said that the Galaxy Tab 2 was designed with the thinnest and lightest material available in the industry today. But don't get fooled with its light and thin designed as it was powerfully packed with today's latest technologies. The website also claimed that the Galaxy Tab 2 is today's most personal device that consumers can ask for due to its design both inside and out.

The Galaxy Tab S2, according to tech review website Engadget, will run on an 8 core chip at 1.9Ghz/1.3Ghz, the same technology that was used in Galaxy Note 4, which is the Exynos 5433. It is also packed with a 3GB RAM with an expandable memory of 32 or 64 GB. The Galaxy Tab S2 also feature Samsung's security feature finger scan as well as will be supported by Google's Android 5 Lollipop operating system.

Galaxy Tab S2 will also flaunt a 1536x2048 pixel resolution, 8-megapixel back camera with face detection, autofocus, Geo-tagging, exposure compensation, and white balance preset features, Ponearena said. The phone review authority also said that the Tab S2 will have a 2.1-megapixel front camera.

Samsung also revealed that it will be available in two sizes, 9.7 and 8.0, which was priced at $400 to $500, respectively. Both versions will have the features that were previously mentioned, and will have the standard Wi-Fi and LTE connectivity.  The website also confirmed that it will be released globally by August of this year.
