Star Wars fans have new details to keep them happy and excited as Star Wars: Episode VII-The Force Awakens nears its release date . No new trailers were released, however, a three-minute behind the scenes video was featured. New details have been divulged, including Carrie Fisher's return as Princess Leia.

Months after the first two trailers were released in November and April respectively, fans were hoping to catch a glimpse of the movie's new trailer. But unfortunately, that is not the case because the new and much anticipated trailer is set to be released in fall.

But although no trailer have been released, a three-minute  behind the scenes video had been featured during the comic con, showing a hint of the set, the characters, and the cast.

Meanwhile, new details were revealed about the main characters, as well as the villains in the movie.   The "legacy players" are back as Harrison Ford will be back as Han Solo, Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker, and Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia. Fisher was also featured in the film's behind the scenes footage. In the footage, gone are Princess Leia's famous hairbuns although her outfit sends a message that she might be a person with authority in the rebel alliance.

Aside from the "legacy players", the villains were also featured in the Hall H. Adam Driver is playing the role of Kylo Ren, Gwendoline Christie as Captain Phasma, while Domhnall Gleeson is General Hux. And although Gleeson and Driver didn't reveal much about their characters, this is what Christie has to say about her Captain Phasma. "I just found it exciting that underneath that armor is a woman, and I find that more relevant than ever." she said.

The Star Wars panel ended up with the concert that everyone attended, with stormtroopers leading the way.

Star Wars: Episode VII-The Force Awakens is directed by J.J. Abrams with screenplay by Abrams and Lawrence Kasdan. It is set to hit theaters in December 18, 2015.
