Monster Hunter X will be making its release at sometime during the winter season of this year. The 3DS title has been confirmed during the presentation in the recent Japanese Nintendo Direct. The title also had a trailer where gameplay showed a lot of promise to gamers and fans who have been avid followers of the franchise alike. With the effort being put into the game, Capcom is expecting a good turnout in sales early next year.

The latest trailer revealed for Monster Hunter X show a series of weapons and moves which players will enjoy and use for the first time. With four key monsters to go through in the title, players will also get to explore new techniques such as the Hunting Styles and the Hunting Arts.

As detailed in a recent games report, the first monster would bear resemblance to the Brute Wyvern for Hunters. It would use a pointed shell that can emanate a strong energy. Of course, it also has a destructive tail which can ruin other things in the area. The next one is the Flying Wyvern, which also has a sharp covering, except that it can soar in the air.

The third and largest would be the Fanged Beast. With its humongous body and large tusks, facing it will be a tough challenge for players. The last one would be the Leviathan-type of monster, which is capable of using its peculiar flexibility and shape to damage the Hunters.

A report from Siliconera talks about the financial report from Capcom, where it was mentioned that a Monster Hunter title for the Nintendo 3DS is expected to sell 2.5 million units by the end of March 2016. While this was first pegged to be Monster Hunter Stories, it was later realized that Monster Hunter X is the more likely title being pertained to.

Monster Hunter X will be arriving in Japan some time during the winter. More announcement from Capcom will be needed for the exact date as well as the release for the western countries.
