Total, Aker Solutions Sign Deal for Subsea Production Delivery

Energy firm Total has signed an $850 million deal with Norway's Aker Solutions for the delivery of a subsea production for its Moho Nord Project in Congo Republic.

The project includes the delivery of 28 vertical subsea trees, seven manifold structures, two installation and work-over control systems, subsea control and tie-in systems.

Aker Solutions is global provider of oilfield products, equipment and services in the oil and gas industry.

The schedule for the first deliveries of the subsea production system is in the second quarter of 2014.

Total is a leading oil gas group whose business activities include natural gas and oil exploration and production, refining, transportation and power generation.
