ValueFirst Digital Media Pvt Ltd has recently acquired clk2c.com for an undisclosed amount. The purchase of the Gurgaon based digital media company would result in the acquisition of the mobile video service technology platform and its entire team.

Another additional feature of the purchase is B2C capacities of the platform, which has mobile video greetings would then be integrated into the P2P communication platform called FullOnSMS.com. According to ValueFirst CEO Vishwadeep Bajaj, "clk2c.com is a strategic fit in the ValueFirst portfolio. Through this platform, we will be able to execute rich media campaigns for our opt in customer base on behalf of brands and agencies. This platform extends digital interactions to include video, along with our existing multi-modal reach through SMS, voice, unstructured supplementary service data (USSD) , email and display."

With the clk2c.com platform, ValueFirst would also expand its customer base to grow the additional business opportunities in this market.
