'The Young and the Restless' ('Y&R') spoilers May 25 revealed an intense episode to look forward to this week. Last episode let us saw a surprise party guest, which is no other than Tobias Gray. He will stir things up in Genoa City. He has a piece for everyone before he will be dead. Another, Kevin and Mariah will be closed to finding the real identity of Austin and Courtney's murderer.

Before the credits, last episode let us saw the return of a character. Although it was not revealed who exactly that was, many spoilers hint that it is Tobias. The guy, who was hired by Victor to spy on Jabot prior to the merger, will spill the beans to everybody.

However, his presence will not be long, because he will be facing death after revealing the merger and Victor's big dirty secrets. According to reports, a drunk Tobias will jump on the bar and declare that they're all "rich, entitled monsters."

Tobias return will also make other characters question his involvement with Austin and Courtney's murder. Mariah and Kevin will head over to Tobias' motel room to snoop around, and they find a way into the place. Latest 'Y&R' spoilers May 25 detail that the duo will find some items that indicate that Tobias could have faked Sharon's prints on the evidence. It also teases that they find some hard drives that seem to have come from the police station.

At the hospital, Abby, Summer, and Kyle will question Tobias. He tells them that there's something they need to know, says Austin's name, and then codes. 'Y&R' spoilers indicate that the fake Jack will be watching from outside the room and it seems he'll even have a bit of a grin on his face.
