"Mad Max: Fury Road" starring Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron have been the talk of the town over the weekend after the movie was released in theatres but moviegoers made more of a buzz regarding the Doof Warrior, who was the flame-throwing and truck-riding guitarist who won the hearts of the people.

"Mad Max: Fury Road" had a lot of things going on especially with the plot and the characters. First off, Tom hardy snacked on two-headed lizards and Charlize Theron was a one-armed bandit queen. The film was dubbed as exceptional when it comes to the animation and the plot and the two-hour long car chase using Monster Trucks surprised the fans regarding the Doof Warrior.

The arrival of the Doof Warrior on the scene took the audiences by surprise as it was not expected that there was more to the already insanely hardcore plot of the film. "Mad Max: Fury Road" director George Miller shared, "I'm a bit of a fan of real physics, and so as long as I can make it believable, and logical, as to what they could do, I was happy to go ahead."

The Doof Warrior also known now as "Mad Max Crazy Guitar Guy" was shown entering the burned-out desert with his massive truck called the Doof Wagon where he had a squad of drummers. The Doof Warrior then plays his guitar and it blasted flames all over the place. The Doof Warrior was played by an Australian actor and musician named iOTA also known as Sean Hape.

Aside from the explanation behind the performance of the Doof Warrior, director George Miller shared that Heath Ledger was actually the first prospect for the star of the film back in 2006. However, he died of overdose back in 2008. Miller shared, "He had that same thing that Mel (Gibson) and Tom Hardy have - that maleness, charisma, and restless energy, which you need to play a relatively still character. The world lost someone great when he went. Tom was the next to walk through the door that had that vibe."

"Mad Max: Fury Road" is still showing in theatres worldwide. Do you think Heath Ledger would have been a better performance for the film's lead role? Let us know in the comments below.
