Walt Disney Pictures and Pixar Animation Studios are indeed a good team up. They have again made a film that would turn into box office - and that is 'Inside Out,' a movie that depicts the different emotions, wherein it will kind of dictate how a person should react. And in this film, it follows a young girl whose little voices in her head would clash and entangle her core memories that would create a big riot in her mind.

The little voices in Riley's mind are Joy (Amy Poehler), Sadness (Phyllis Smith), Disgust (Mindy Kaling), Fear (Bill Hader) and Anger (Lewis Black). They all make Riley's different kinds of emotions, but the overpowering Joy is really the one taking care of Riley, making sure she's always a happy girl.

Riley (voiced by Kaitlyn Dias), is an 11-year old American girl who has always been happy, until they moved into another place because of her father's job. Then, Riley's emotions were hard at work adjusting to a new home, school and environment.

Pete Docter, also the director of the films 'Up' and 'Monsters Inc,' was praised in the Cannes Festival happened this Monday in France. The movie 'Inside Out' was well applauded and the reaction of the audience was "probably double the loudest applause of any other film at the festival. It went down like gangbusters."

But then many were also baffled as why it did not join the festival's competition. "Inside Out's" gala premiere was assigned by the festival organizers as an out-of-competition film, which means it cannot vie for any award.

The chief creative officer at Pixar, John Lasseter, said that he was rather honored to attend the festival event. "Opening the festival in 2009 (with Pixar's 'Up') was the highlight of our lives. This is the second highlight of our lives," said Lasseter.

'Inside Out' will be released nationwide on June 16 this year.
