While the second installment "Fifty Shades Darker" of the hit erotic franchise by Universal is two years away from now, Christian and Anna are not the only ones heating up, but rumors too, as it was reported recently that Charlize Theron will be playing Elena Lincoln, also known as Mrs. Robinson, in the sequel. To make it exhilarating, Rita Ora was also speculated to be returning as Mia Grey in the last two sequels.

The first installment "Fifty Shades of Grey," which is based from the book by English author E.L. James, has actually grossed with a sweeping $569M worldwide. And even the studio, director, and the author were reportedly not in good terms, Universal has green-lit the next sequels "Fifty Shades Darker" and "Fifty Shades Freed" for 2017 and 2018 release dates at the CinemaCon last month.

And while no further announcements have been revealed, it was already speculated that Academy Award winner Charlize Theron will be playing Elena Lincoln or Mrs. Robinson, Christian's former dominant and current business partner, in the second film. In the book, the "Fifty Shades Darker" unveils more character and Mrs. Robinson is one of the antagonists to add some drama. She has actually become the dominant of Christian (Jamie Dornan) for six years. It was actually back when Christian was teenager.

Although her role seems diminutive, she will make sure that Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson) will not bring her hands on Christian. In the later part of the book, Lincoln and Steele will create some dispute. However, as promising for Charlize Theron to fit the role, fans of the trilogy aren't that lenient as they exclaimed that the actress is too young to step on Mrs. Robinson's shoes. Wait; isn't she forty-something as described on the series? Then, the actress can fit the role as she is turning 40.

And speaking of antagonists, and while no official reports have surfaced, the character of Jack Hyde is hot in online discussions right now. Hyde is Ana's boss in the publishing company, which owns secretly by Christian. Apparently, Hyde has sexual desires for Ana, and will be the "villain" in the series. Among the cherished actors who could play the maniacal role would be Jai Courtney and Henry Cavill.

Moreover, as casts are being speculated, "Paper Towns" and "Suicide Squad" actress Cara Delevingne was also rumored to play as one of Christian's "submissives" Leila Williams. According to the book, Leila is also a brunette and innocent-looking, same as Ana, so Delevingne can easily match the role. Unfortunately, this might be a major factor for a jealousy. There is also scene in the book wherein Ana gets furious with Christian because of this Leila girl.

Moreover, enough of the antagonists as we would switch to the other side. Likewise, it was reported by News Everyday that Rita Ora will be reprising her role as Mia Grey, Christian's younger sister. As a recollection, the "I Will Never Let You Down" singer hasn't given much time to shine at the first installment. We can also assume that she didn't sign up to play at all. But in the next two sequels, maybe she will have the spotlight turn to her. Mia Grey actually has lots of appearances in the next sequels.

In spite of all this, no confirmation from Universal or the actresses themselves about the roles. "Fifty Shades Darker" was also delayed because of Sam Taylor-Johnson's recent departure from the project, which she confirmed herself that she had locked horns with E.L. James several times in the set. Additionally, there has been no news about when the studio will begin the pre-production.

Very well? Are you in favor for Charlize Theron to play as Mrs. Robinson? What about Cara Delevingne? Do they have enough knacks to fit such roles? Share us what you think on the comments section!
