Veolia Environnement SA, a waste and water utility company in France, said it would consider acquiring minority investors in some joint ventures but indicates that it will not reach a policy for acquisitions, Antoine Frerot, company's chief executive, stated during a presentation on the group's results for 2012.

Veolia is a transnational company whose main services include water management, water supply, waste management and energy and transport services.

As of 2011, the company has 331,226 workers in 77 countries across the world.

Frerot is also the chief executive officer of Veolia Eau-Compagnie Generale des Eaux, and the Veolia representative on Societe de Eaux de Marseille's the board.
