"Thor 3: Ragnarok" events have been hinted in "Avengers: Age of Ultron" so that fans who saw the blockbuster movie will pretty much have an idea on what to expect in the next Thor movie.

The third quarter of the superhero-crowded movie shows Heimdall's vision as a cue that Thor needs to get back to Asgard to set things right. Albeit not directly stated, the mythological "twilight of the gods" Ragnarok, is also heading to Asgard.

This may commence the end for characters like Thor, Loki, Odin, and Heimdall himself considering that Thor is part of a wider storyline in The Marvel Universe that is geared towards breaking the heroes apart called "Avengers Disassembled" so that a new group of protectors can rise.

Thor's fate is either to die in the film and resurrect to join "Avengers: Infinity War - Part II" or end up as a ruler in Asgard, miss one Avengers movie, and come back later on for finale.

Meanwhile, Thor's cunning brother Loki (Tom Hiddleston) who has been pretending as his adoptive father Odin, should not be taken lightly in the upcoming movie even though it was already established that Surtur will be the major antagonist for the next installment.

He is masquerading as Odin so does it mean he got rid of the real one? Marvel Studio President Kevin Feige has no idea either. "I would not say that it's safe to say, no. I don't know what Loki did to him," he tells iO9.

Loki's schemes such as this make anticipating for "Thor 3: Ragnarok" all the more exciting and somewhat charming.

"Loki in the MCU is that dude who you know who is pretty much a tyrannical asshole but for some reason you sort of rock with him. He's constantly scheming and calculating and just trying to make things harder for his enemies. Remember when he got caught on purpose a la The Joker in "The Avengers"? Prime example of a classic Loki move," accounts Movie Pilot.

"Thor 3: Ragnarok" will be lead actor Chris Hemsworth's fifth entry from a six picture deal that will commence screening in global theaters on November 3, 2017. It has been identified as one of the most important part of Marvel Cinematic Universe Phase three with the production staff taking it on another level leaving fans restless and madly activated.
