Cygnus Business Media has announced that it has retained the services of Corporate Solutions Inc in order to formulate strategic plans for its Agriculture Group.  The Group has property interests that meet the entire producer to processor chain. Amongst them are five tradeshows that includes the largest producer focused outdoor and indoor shows in the United States as well as two publications.

According to Cygnus CEO John French, "With significant growth in our 2012 earnings, we enter 2013 with great enthusiasm. The right strategic buyer for the Agriculture Group will provide us with an opportunity to improve our overall balance sheet and provide a substantial return to our ownership group."
