In a statement, the MCW Group of Companies announced that it was introducing MCW Consultants Inc. The new firm would take the place of the former Perez Engineering Ltd, which was acquired by MCW.

Based out of Vancouver, MCW Consultants is envisioned to be at the forefront of the Group's Vancouver operations. As part of the deal, all of the staff of Perez would be consolidated into the MCW Vancouver offices. As for the founder Willie Perez, he will now become Principal of the MCW Group of Companies. Under his leadership, he would be providing guidance and advice on growing the Group's institutional, health care, commercial and residential sectors.

Perez returns to MCW as he was once an employee of the company and sees that this return would be a great opportunity not just for the Group but for the employees and clients of the firm he once headed as its primary competitor.
