While Kim Kardashian is no stranger to posing nude and making it to the headlines, the 34-year-old reality star admitted that she worries her diagnosed skin condition will make it to the headlines, as she poses naked for "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

"When I gain a pound, it's in the headlines, so imagine what the tabloids will do to me when they see all these spots," Kardashian said in an earlier interview, according to Huffington Post.

While the mother-of-one is often thought of as confident when it comes to flaunting her curves and her body, following several naked photos for magazine covers, Kardashian has been suffering from psoriasis since 2011 and has been the source of many controversies.

According to Radar Online, Kardashian's skin diseases flares up during a moment of stress and the star has been recently spotted with a rash on her leg, making some fans wonder if Kardashian has been having marriage troubles with her husband, Kanye West.

The outlet cited that back then, Kardashian and West have been "arguing now more than ever" after spending almost a month apart from each other. The couple has been involved in a number of divorce rumors, but Kardashian and West have countlessly dismissed the rumors by packing on the PDA in several events and photos.

Kardashian's skin condition started in 2011 and was aired in an episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." According to the outlet, Kardashian developed rashes on her legs a day before a commercial shoot, which prompted her to consult a dermatologist. The 34-year-old Kardashian later on found out that she had the same skin condition as her momager, Kris Jenner.

While the skin condition may have troubled and worried the infamous Kardashian member, she previously shared a photo of her rash on her upper arm and wrote: "Kinda funny and gross but look at my heart shaped psoriasis! LOL Had to share!"
