Private Equity Firm Bain Capital reports $69 million Raised from Stake Sale in Greatview Aseptic Packaging Co. Ltd.

Bain has sold its 110 million shares at Greatview at 4.85 Hong Kong dollars each, which was equal to a 5.65 percent discount to Greatview's close.

Greatview is a producer of packaging used in juice boxes, milk cartons and packaging machinery, and it saw a 41 percent increase in 2012.

Reportedly, the American private equity company also raised about 50 million dollars from a similar share sale at Greatview in 2012. In 2006, it invested in the Hong Kong company 40 million dollars for 43.2 percent stake.
