Finance services marketing firm Truebridge has announced its acquisition of American Brokerage Consultants of St. Petersburg, Florida.

Truebridge chief executive officer Stewart Rose made the announcement highlighting their aim to help credit unions and banks improve their ability when it comes to cross selling.

American Brokerage Consultant has been operated under Dick Ayotte, CEO, since 1987. Ayotte was one of those who originally developed the first securities broker-dealer, Invest Financial Corp., to offer retail investment services through banks in the U.S.

At Truebridge, Ayotte will be responsible for raising awareness about the use of innovating solutions in solving relevant challenges as well as identifying opportunities in the industry.
