The dual-type Legendary pokemon, Hoopa Confined/Hoopa Unbound, is reportedly coming to Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire for Nintendo 3DS is a remake version of the 2003 original version. It is a Generation VI game from the Pokemon universe. Various gameplay innovations and bug fixes had been added unto the game with each version, including the Mega Evolution feature of its contemporaries.

According to Ecumenical News, the Mythical Pokemon Hoppa will be introduced through an event, with a number of players guessing that it will shortly follow the release of the new movie, Pokemon the Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages. Since the pokemon is a titular player in said movie, there is good reason to think so. The movie is slated for release in Japan on July 18.

Hoopa Confined transforms into its alternative form, Hoppa Unbound upon ingestion of the Prison Bottle, and reverts back after three days. The former is of a Psychic and Ghost type, whereas the latter is a Psychic/Ghost combination. It is a gender neutral pokemon that is not known to evolve apart from its unique alternative transformation.

Bulpapedia reports that in the official Pokedex entry of Omega Ruby, its definition goes as : "In its true form, it possess a huge amount of power. Legends of its avarice tell how it once carried off an entire castle to gain the treasure hidden within." The same definition more or less holds true for Alpha Sapphire, attesting to the sublimity of this new addition's prowess.

According to The Pokemon Company, Hoopa is unavailable for "regular gameplay." Its existence was only made known when hackers chanced upon the game code. Still, players are keeping their fingers crossed for the possibility of a new Pokemon experience.

We'll bring you the latest pdates on Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire as they become available.
