The latest posters and press releases on the reboot of Fantastic Four show so many changes, including the costumes and a younger cast. It is a far cry from the previous F4 movies and it is more somber and modern this time.

Marvel Studios and 20th Century Fox has recently released the new posters for the Fantastic Four reboot movie. And judging by the looks of it, massive changes are being made with the film. The most noticeable change has to do with the costumes. Gone are the blue tights (leotards?) that the heroes wore on the first two F4 movies. Their costumes now look more badass, more "serious" and they look a lot less comical than the ones donned by the F4 in the previous franchise. This set of fantastic heroes look a lot more modern this time around.

The plot this time is based on the "Ultimate Fantastic Four" story arc and will feature an origins story, the one familiar with the fans of the comic book. This reboot will showcase Reed Richards' experiment that gave them their powers.

Another departure from the old F4 movies is the character of the villain Dr. Doom. In previous version of Fantastic Four, even in the comics before the "Ultimates", the villain's name was Victor Von Doom (hence the name Dr. Doom), but this reboot will have Victor Domashev instead. This version of Doctor Doom is different as he is presented as an anti-social computer programmer.

The Fantastic Four reboot will now features younger actors, headed by Miles Teller as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Jaime Bell as Ben Grimm/The Thing, Kate Mara as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, and Michael B. Jordan as Jonny Storm/the Human Torch. Other cast members include Toby Kebbell as Victor Domashev/Dr. Doom, Reg E. Cathey as Dr. Franklin Storm and Tim Blake Nelson as Harvey Elder.

With the new costumes and new cast ready, an origin story in place, and significantly different villain, fans of the franchise will surely be in for a pleasant surprise. The Fantastic Four reboot is set to hit theaters on August 7, 2015.
