EPISODE 11 SPOILER

In the trailer for Outlander's Episode 11, it shows the two women being locked up in an underground cell. They face trial in court where Claire cries, "You're all murderers". A spectator shouts, "Burn the witch!" Viewers will have to wait if the court has indeed ruled a death sentence as punishment. Meanwhile, Claire tells Geillis that no one is coming to help them. However, the synopsis says Claire's husband Jamie tries to rescue her but not before the latter finds out something about Geillis past.

GEILLI'S PAST

A source says the secret could be about Geilli's capability of time travelling. She confides this to Claire saying she can go to the year 1968.  The last season "By the Pricking of my thumb" ended with Claire and Geillis being arrested for witchcraft.  Claire sees Geillis dancing to a ritual which was the same thing she saw in the future. Geillis confesses to her friend that the ritual was a way for her to be with Dougal Mckenzie whom she has an affair and is pregnant with. Geillis' husband Arthur dies on that same day together with Dougal's wife and Geillis is accused of witchery. The source also says Claire's possession of a dead baby may be used as evidence during the trial.

A TRIAL TO THEIR FRIENDSHIP

Another source says another video clip promo shows Claire and Geillis arguing. Claire discloses to Geillis that as opposed to the latter's belief, Dougal will not be able to save them. This is because he has been sent away by his brother Colum who knows about their affair. Geillis then accuses Claire that she told him about the affair even if she did not. This is said to put a test on their friendship.

Answers as to what is being pertained to as the "devil's mark" in Outlander's Episode 11 will be revealed. As to what will happen to Claire and Geillis in terms of their friendship, viewers will have to watch the TV series on Saturday, April 18 at 9 p.m. on Starz.
