‘Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice’ Updates: Zack Snyder finally reveals plot? Superman to lose fight as trailer debut in 'Mad Max: Fury Road'

Zack Snyder, director of the "Batman v Superman" film revealed via his Twitter account today, April 16, 2015 that a special teaser of the upcoming film will be shown in cinemas on April 20, 2015 in select IMax theaters nationwide. The movie trailer was initially reported for release alongside with "Mad Max: Fury Road" on May 15, 2015. Potential plot includes Superman losing the fight and introduction of a Lex Luthor Experiment villain.

THE BIG REVEAL

The twenty-one second clip posted on Zack Snyder's Twitter account revealed no spoilers or official clips from the movie. Instead, it featured Superman's suit and Batman's cape as well as the official logo of the film. The sneak peek turned out to be an introduction and a teaser to the official trailer to be released on Monday, April 20, 2015 in select IMax cinemas in the US.

The "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" Imax Trailer Event is said to be 15 minutes long speculating that a glimpse on the plot of the 2016 film could be possibly revealed. On the contrary, the clip is rumored to be including footage from the upcoming "Man of Steel" sequel starring Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck. An introduction from the movie's director, Zack Snyder is also guessed to be included in the clip.

POSSIBLE PLOT

Plot predictions on the upcoming film include the monumental fight between Batman and Superman, wherein Superman will lose. Lex Luthor, the main villain in the movie is also rumored to be working with another villain, Brainiac. Brainiac is a Kryptonian artificial intelligence, a possible explanation on how Lex Luthor managed to get a hand on a Kryptonite rumored to be used against Superman in the movie.

The "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" features Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor), Laurence Fishbourne (Perry White), Diane Lane (Martha Kent), Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman) and Jason Momoa (Aquaman). Gal Gadot and Jason Mamoa are slated to star on their own standalone films as Wonder Woman and Aquaman, respectively in cinemas.

"Batman v Superman" is scheduled to be released on March 25, 2016.
