According to the synopsis for 'I Never Could Love Like That', Jo's pregnancy may cause Elena to contemplate on her life. That realization may make her yearn for a simple and normal life as a human that would allow her to settle down and start a family of her own.

In an interview with TVLine, Jodi Lyn O'Keef who plays Jo responded to the question if Jo's pregnancy will make Elena think of becoming a mother too. She said, "That's an excellent question, one I haven't even thought about."

When she was asked if Elena might consider taking the cure, she answered "I wonder what's going to be more important to her; I wonder if her life as it is now is what she ultimately wants, or if she wants the kind of life she previously had with those other options. It's tricky."

If you can remember, Elena was dreaming about an alternate reality where she and Stefan settled down as mortals with kids. Whatever her decision, Jodi said that Jo will always support Elena no matter what.

Meanwhile, after the 'The Vampire Diaries' Season 6 spoilers and rumors circulating around the internet that the 'TVD' Michael Trevino (Tyler Lockwood) is leaving the show for 'Kingmasters', creator Julie confirmed his exit.

"Michael has been a beloved member of the Vampire Diaries family since Day 1," said the TV boss to TVLine in a separate interview. "Even though he's also going to be out in the world exploring new opportunities, we look forward to finding creative ways to make sure he and his character Tyler Lockwood always remain a part of the show."
