"Modern Family" creators have to stop teasing the fans of the Emmy award-winning comedy series whether or not the characters of Haley and Andy will be a couple. In its latest episode "Grill, Interrupted," both of them got involved in another feels-inducing scene that left the hopeful followers of the two hanging once again. Will their relationship status be finally revealed on "Modern Family" Season 6 Episode 20?

The "Grill, Interrupted" earned mixed reviews from critics and fans alike but it sure gave the Haley and Andy supporters another reason to feel "regret and hope" at the same time. In this episode, Haley brought her new doctor beau, Will, at Jay's birthday party to the disappointment of Andy.

After the "Closet? You'll Love It" episode where Haley admitted that she has feelings for him (she thought he is asleep), Andy was kind of hoping that things between him and Haley will finally bloom into something. However, at one point in the episode, the two ended up in bed. Though Will saw them, he did not take it as out of the ordinary-clearly unthreatened by Andy. Later in the episode, Haley asked Andy to read to her the card that Will wrote (with the help of poor Andy) for her. She then realized how clingy her new boyfriend is then kissed Andy before heading downstairs. Andy was left dumbfounded along with the growing Haley and Andy shippers.

Ever since Adam DeVine entered the fifth season of "Modern Family" as Joe Pritchett's nanny, it has been crystal clear that the writers will start linking his character to Hayley (played by Sarah Hyland). After the 19th episode of its sixth season, writers are still teasing the fans whether the adorable but opposite characters of Andy and Haley will end up together.

Now that the comedy series is nearing its sixth season finale, fans are speculating if the Haley and Andy ship will finally sail. Maybe the fans will know the real relationship status of the cute couple in "Modern Family" Season 6 Episode 20 entitled "Knock Em Down" which is set to air on April 22 at ABC.
