Avid viewers of the cartoon series "Avatar" can't seem to have enough of the spinoffs of the Airbender series. The possibilities of having an"Avatar: The Last Airbender Zuko's Story" and the "Avatar: Legend of Korra" has been in the rounds around the internet for quite some time and is getting a fair share of praises and criticisms.

One thing is for sure. Fans of the TV cartoon series prefer a cartoon movie adaptation rather than a live-action movie. A 3D adaptation would also be interesting but fans are not eager to see another possible flop live action movie. The first Avatar movie adaptation was not quite a hit. Prior to the movie release, the cartoon series had a fantastic run on the televisions screens, so it was quite  a surprise to see the film fell short from the expectations in the box-office.

However some fans of Nickelodeon would rather be contented with the cartoon series. They fear that any adaptation for the "Avatar: The Last Airbender Zuko's Story" would just ruin their perception about the series. They feel that no movie adaptation of the series would do justice to its prolific and wonderful story.

On the other hand, a considerable number of fans are excited to see more Zuko in the big screens. Zuko is the Avatar character that has been equally loved and hated by the audience. He has a cruel father and an equally sinister sister. He lived a life trying to prove his worth to his clan and to his father. Fortunately, though he was destined to capture the legendary Avatar, Aang, he still managed to have the heart to become the Avatar's ally in times of need. His journey and personality will definitely be something the audience couldn't resist.

A glimpse of life before the return of the Avatar Aang is a treat for the followers of the series. Zuko is also destined to become the legendary Blue Spirit, a very interesting plot worthy of a movie.

Talks and confirmations about an "Avatar: The Last Airbender Zuko's Story" from Nickelodeon remains mum as of the moment.
