Apple had been an outstanding company that continues to bring fans new and improved devices, may it be in the mobile or laptop market. In the recently concluded Spring Forward event, Apple had announced that they will be releasing brand new MacBook models, namely MacBook Air, 13 inch MacBook Pro 2015 and 12 inch MacBook.

Recently, a video was released regarding the refreshed 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina Display. The video featured the unboxing of the said gadget. The new MacBook Pro is also said to bring with it new generation chips and a Force Touch Trackpad.

In the unboxing video, upon removing the shrink wrap and lifting the lid off the box, there lies the standard Apple 13-inch MacBook Pro. The MacBook Pro had retained its MagSafe ports, its two thunderbolt ports, two USB 3 ports. And much to the convenience of the users, the new Apple laptop retained its SD card slot and full sized HDMI port.

Though nothing has changed much on the exterior of the MacBook Pro, it is the exact opposite in its interior. The 13-inch MacBook Pro in the video is the base model for the 2.7 GHz dual core Intel i5 Broadwell chip with turbo boosting up to 3.1 GHz. The device also comes with an 8GB of RAM with the speed of 1866MHz. The MacBook Pro base model has 128GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 1 terabyte.

The Retina display of the base model is a 13.3-inch IPS panel with a 2560 x 1600 resolution. The 13-inch MacBook Pro had retained its standard keyboard but had added as mentioned in the earlier statement above, a Force Touch Trackpad. The trackpad works through haptic feedback motor.

The Force Touch Trackpad is actually one of the biggest improvement that Apple had included in its brand new 13-inch MacBook Pro 2015. But aside from the trackpad, the MacBook Pro had a slightly better battery life as compared to its predecessor. Aside from these changes, you might think there are no major changes in the new 13-inch MacBook Pro 2015.
