Since the movie's release is so close, fans already know what the plot will be. But, for the sake of those who have no idea what is going on, Goku's long-time nemesis, Frieza, is resurrected by Sorbet and Tagoma, who used the dragon balls. Frieza plans to exact vengeance against the Super Saiyans with a new gold and purple form. But Frieza is not the only one to get an upgrade. Goku and Vegeta will have new forms of their own and Vegeta will help Goku fight Frieza.

The Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F hardcore spoilers released suggested Gohan being in mortal danger but is then resolved. One of these spoilers potentially involves the climactic fight scene where Frieza and Goku will fight. Frieza will seem like he is going to be defeated until he transforms into Golden Frieza.

In this new form, Frieza will start winning. Goku notices that Frieza still has issues with stamina while fighting at maximum power and tries to use it to his advantage but Frieza still beats him. Vegeta steps in to help after he gives Goku a senzu which rejuvenates Goku. Vegeta almost defeats Frieza but Frieza kill Vegeta by making Earth explode. Goku goes back in time three minutes before the Earth is destroyed with the help of Whis. He uses Kamehameha to end Frieza.

Everything should be better now that Frieza is defeated once again but it reported that in a post credit scene, Sorbet says that the events happened as planned. A post credit scene like that is a sure fire way to get fans aching for a sequel.

The Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F release date in US is anticipated this Summer and April 18 in Japan.
