Ryan Reynolds, the actor playing the eponymous Deadpool, has gone on the record stating that even though the movie was not given a big budget like other superhero movies, he thought of it as a good thing. "Necessity is the mother of invention," he said, "and that's why we get to make the movie we want to make."

Following a recent post on Twitter by the actor in complete Deadpool costume, the synopsis, the logo, and the title card of the movie were released. The movie's plot revolves around Wade Wilson, a.k.a. Deadpool, going after the man who experimented on him and nearly destroyed his life.

Before the synopsis was released, there was a positive review on a draft of the movie's script. The review stated that this movie would have a certain kind of dark comedy and violence not yet seen in movies like it. They also assured fans that the essence of Deadpool - his talkative personality, his ability to break the fourth wall, and his lack of morality - was captured in the script.

Clearly, the fans should not worry about a repeat of Deadpool's characterization in a previous X-Men movie. The script even has jokes aimed towards and against X-Men Origins: Wolverine, as if Deadpool has seen the movie himself and was less than impressed.

Some cast members have been revealed. Ryan Reynolds will play Deadpool, T.J. Miller will play Weasel, Gina Carano will play Angel Dust, Style Dayne will play Jeremy, Morena Baccarin will play Vanessa Carlyle, and Ed Skrein will play an as of yet identified role but there is speculation that he might be the movie's antagonist. Recently, Brianna Hildebrand, a newcomer to the movie scene, has been cast as Negasonic Teenage Warhead.

Deadpool movie release date is slated on February 12, 2016 premiere worldwide.
