The Fault in Our Stars' main cast Ansel Elgort is rumored to be in the next movie "Baby Driver", a hard-hitting film that is bound to send everyone in thrill and excitement.

According to a report, John Boyega and Logan Lerman also actually chased after the part, but Edgar Wright worked really hard to meet with several young actors to find the perfect one to lead on his new film. Fortunate for Elgort, he is able to win Wright's approval.

Baby Driver will have a 50/50 financing split among TriStar and MRC, with TriStar given the privilege for worldwide distribution. The date for production is yet to be announced in the coming days.

Even if dirty and tenacious roles aren't exactly what Elgort is best known form, but he has an experience on this kind of plot. To note, he played a little part in 2013 film Carrie where he starred as Tommy Ross who asked Carrie to a prom only to be found smothered with a pig blood after.  Ansel Elgort's role in Carrie somehow assured us that he will be able to pull it off in the Baby Driver.

Furthermore, Ansel Elgort is rumored to be booked in other upcoming movie projects, which is a proof that despite the fact that he is a newcomer in the industry, he is eager enough to effectively adapt to various movie characters. In fact, Elgort has also been rumored to play the big role in the film Van Cliburn, where he will star as a pianist in 1958 who despite his young age was able to win the prestigious Tchaikovsky International Piano Competition held at Moscow. Surely, if he can pull off a role that is trapped in the tension of Cold War then he is bound to execute his role as a getaway driver in the Baby Driver film.
