"Grand Theft Auto V" gamers have been complaining of a new bug they encountered after Rockstar Games released "GTA 5" patch 1.09 that was supposed to fix the reported graphic downgrade the gamers had experienced due to an earlier patch. Now, "GTA 5" Online Heists gamers had noticed that their playable characters had been unrecognizable since the "Grand Theft Auto V" patch 1.09.

While gamers had been complaining that their avatars' appearance had been unrecognizable after they had attempted launching new missions, Rockstar Games noted that this could be "an issue with corrupted temporary files." Rockstar Games even gave a few instructions on how to possibly solve this situation.

Rockstar Games noted that "on Xbox 360, ['GTA 5' gamers needed] to clear [their] system cache, then Hold LB + RB while booting the game; on Xbox One; [gamers needed] to clear [their] system cache by holding the power button on [their] Xbox One until the system fully shuts off." Rockstar Games added that "['GTA 5' gamers] can then immediately power on the system and launch the game." Meanwhile, Rockstar Games also gave out tips for PS4 and PS3 edition gamers. They said that "on PS3 or PS4, [gamers should] clear [their] game data (NOT save data) from the Game Data Utility in the XMB (system menu). Afterwards, hold L1 + R1 while booting the game," based on a report from Express UK.

Add to that, Rockstar Games made "changes have been made to the matchmaking options and UI." Among those affected would be Heist Planning Board, where "a new option has been added to the Heist Planning Board that will allow you to press Left on the D-pad to quickly join a Heist as a crew member. You must have an active Heist in order to access this feature; and, Heist Lobby, where a "'Matchmaking' option had been added to Heist lobbies that allows the Host to quickly change whether matchmaking is open or closed. When set to "Closed", only invited players can connect with the Heist lobby. This option is "Closed" by default, which means only players you invite can join the session," based on a report from Game Rant.

With all the support Rockstar Games had been providing to its "Grand Theft Auto V" gamers, hopefully the bugs would be fixed and everyone could get back at bagging the rewards in all the missions.
