As seen in the last episode, Noah and the others were becoming wary of Sharon. Dylan and Noah discuss over Sharon's meds. They ponder whether or not she's still on meds. According to IB Times, Jill will make an important discovery about the music box.

Hilary will also try her best to mend the relationship between Devon and Neil after telling them that she was only using them to avenge her mother's death.
